Our Policies General Policies Order Processing:We do not ship overseas unless payment is in cash prior to shipping. In stock merchandise will usually ship within two to four days from date of order. Custom and special order merchandise will usually ship within 10 days or at a mutually agreed upon date from initial order. We will notify shoppers when the item is in stock or needs to be ordered through phone call or email. Shipping Charges: Shipping Charges are determined based on method of shipment (U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express etc.). Charges are also determined by both weight and dollar value of the order. Customer will be informed by either phone or email what the charges will be. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipments are accpeted on a case-by-case basis. Gift Wrapping: We will provide gift boxes and wrapping for all jewelry and watches for free. Order Cancellation Policies All order cancellations must be done by telephone or email as soon as possible, otherwise the restocking fee will be applied. Return Policies If the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase for any reason it may be returned for a full refund, if it is unused and returned in its original packaging (not including gift-wrapping). Items that have been sized or returned without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee up to but not exceeding 10 percent of original purchase. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same product. All exchanges or returns must be requested within seven days of receiving your order by either telephone or email. All sales are final for custom and special orders.
